New Year - New You
With 2020 coming to an end, now is the time to start thinking about the future. Many people make the traditional resolutions to stop smoking, lose weight and to work out more. But consider having other resolutions. How about learning to do something new? Try a new recipe out. Learn a new craft. Read a different type of book.
Instead of having a goal of losing weight..... try a goal of eating better. When you eat better, eventually, this will help you lose weight. Also, maybe try walking more steps per day. Instead of taking the elevator, try taking the stairs. Small accomplishments can help you achieve higher goals.
